Rhythm Run Coaching began with the idea to create a community of athletes who are motivated to explore their potential and have fun while doing it.
Through in-person and online connection, Rhythm Run coaches use science-backed approaches to guide athletes to achieve optimal physical and mental performance through the combination of running, strength training, nutrition, and mindfulness.
We are passionate about trail, road, and mountain running and believe that any athlete can thrive on all surfaces and all distances. Our approach to training begins with a basis of overall fitness, which translates into achieving a wide variety of running related goals.
Rhythm Run Coaching is based in Canmore, AB, but coaches athletes around the world. Whether you live in the area or not, we welcome you to come for a visit and connect for a run!
MEET YOUR COACH
Alison has been running road, track, cross country, trail, and mountain races since 2009.
Over the years, she has gained in-depth knowledge through experience and scientific research on how to be a successful athlete to push physical and mental limits while remaining healthy and balanced. Her coaching journey began in 2019 and has since evolved to what is now Rhythm Run Coaching.
Beyond running, Alison enjoys mountain and road biking, backcountry skiing, writing, pottery, and baking.
Alison’s passion for the sport is contagious and she looks forward to joining you on your running journey!
