The Workout of the Week (WOTW) program is designed for those who aren’t ready for a coach in their running journey, but would still like to take their fitness to the next level. You won’t have any one-on-one time with a coach, but you will be on their Final Surge platform where you will receive one detailed running workout per week.

One-Time Services

Customized 16-week Training Plan

Not ready to commit to one-on-one training but looking to stick to a plan? Meet with coach Alison to discuss your goals and she will create a personalized 16-week plan for you to follow. Once the plan is finalized, there will be no ongoing check-ins or communication and no option to change the plan. This program is great if you’re looking for some extra accountability but don’t want ongoing communication with a coach.

  • Great question! It depends on how much involvement you would like with your coach, and how much guidance you would like. If you are unsure of which program to select, send me a message and we can schedule a free meet and greet call to make sure you get signed up for the best program for yourself!

  • Working with a running coach takes all the guesswork out of your training plan. With frequent communication, they will ensure the program is designed specifically for you and your goals, as well as scheduling the training plan to fit your lifestyle. If you have any questions, feel free to message me and we can set up a free meet and greet call to make sure it’s a good fit.

  • For the one-on-one programs, the minimum initial time commitment is 3 months. For the WOTW program, there is no minimum time commitment.

  • Yes! Depending on which program you select, there is a range of strength training programs to balance out the running routine.

  • Either send us a message/email, or sign up on the “services” page. From there, you will receive some forms to fill out and then we will schedule a goal-setting meeting. After this initial meeting, your coach will begin to create your plan and the first 2 weeks will be delivered on Final Surge within 5 days of the meeting.

  • Absolutely not! We meet you where you’re at, wherever that may be right now. Whether you’re just getting going or whether you’re aiming for the podium, Rhythm Run Coaching is here to support you in your journey.

  • As per Rhythm Run Coaching’s payment policy, you are required to give one month notice to cancel your coaching plan. Once you make your last payment, you can login into your account and cancel your subscription online.
