Running form drills go a long way towards injury prevention and improving running economy over time. Check out this previous blog post which goes over an entire dynamic warm up routine.

Below are three new videos, which explain how to do the A, B, and C skips of running. These three movement patterns exaggerate your running form to improve neuromuscular response in your running stride. Changes to your running stride don’t happen overnight but if you continue to work on form drills like this, you will see lasting improvement over time.
